What types of auto glass do you replace?
Windshields, door glass, back glass, quarter glass and vents. This includes, RV's and commercials trucks.
Do I need a quote if I'm using my insurance?
No. We have different payment agreements with each insurance company,
so a quote is not necessary.
How long will it take to replace my windshield?
It takes 1-2 hours to replace a windshield or most any other piece of auto glass.
How long do I have to wait to drive after my new windshield is installed?
In most cases we use adhesives that allow you to drive your vehicle shortly after installation, some may require a maximum one hour wait. We will let you know if there is a wait time for your vehicle.
What type of guarantee do you offer?
We guarantee our workmanship 100%. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the installation of your auto glass, please let us know immediately and we will correct any issue promptly. Even though our technicians are expertly trained and have decades of experience, occasionally a vehicle will pose an extra challenge and may require a "touch up" service.
Will you come to my home or work to replace my windshield?
We offer FREE mobile windshield and auto glass replacement service. We will come to your home or work or wherever is convenient for you. Our FREE mobile auto glass service area includes Flagstaff, including Kachina, Mountainaire, Doney Park, "Baderville", Munds Park, Bellmont, Parks, plus Williams and Grand Canyon on most Thursdays. Other locations may require a travel fee.
What kind of glass do you use?
We use high quality auto glass from world wide manufacturers such as Pilkington and Mygrant. Factory glass (a.k.a OEM glass) is also available.
Do I need an appointment?
Often we can accommodate you with same day service, but an appointment is necessary.
How much does a new windshield cost?
Most common windshields are $195. Less common pieces are usually $225-$275. Some harder to find glasses are a bit more.
Can you add "Cool Blue" film to my new windshield?
Yes. When your glass specialist schedules your appointment simply request a "Cool Blue" windshield.
I need a new windshield, but what about the "cool blue" film on my old windshield?
Typically your insurance will pay for a new Cool Blue windshield. If you pay "out of pocket" for your next windshield with us, we will re-apply Cool Blue film to your new windshield at HALF PRICE ($44.95).
Can you add a tinted visor to my windshield?
Yes. A tint visor on a windshield is a 6-8in strip of 5% limo film across the top of a windshield to reduce glare for the driver. Visors are available for $24.95 when you order your windshield either for in shop service or mobile service. When you schedule your new windshield online just ask to add a visor.
Can you repair my windshield instead of replacing it?
Most chips, stars, and cracks up to about 8 inches can be repaired. To learn more about chip/crack repairs click here.
Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We are open Saturdays by appointment.
What if my new windshield leaks?
If your new windshield leaks or you hear any wind noise, please let us know immediately and we will correct it. Even though our technicians are expertly trained and have decades of experience, occasionally a vehicle will pose an extra challenge and may require a "touch up" service. We guarantee our workmanship 100%.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes, we work with all insurance companies and take care of all the paperwork and billing for you.
Will my insurance rates go up if I make a claim for a new windshield?
No, a "glass only" claim on your insurance is not treated as an accident claim.
Can I choose the glass shop I want to use with insurance?
Yes. In Arizona, you may choose any glass shop you like to service your insurance claim.
How do I know if I have windshield or auto glass repair or replacement insurance coverage?
Simply call your insurance agent.

It varies among insurance companies.
Do you take care of billing my insurance?
Yes, we handle all the billing paper work for your auto glass repair or replacement.

Yes, we will notify your insurance company about replacing your "Cool Blue" film in addition to your windshield. In most cases insurance companies will pay to replace your Cool Blue window film.
